Hi. I’m Collin.
Wine pro. Passionate cook.
Brooklyn, NY.
In addition to twelve years as a sommelier and/or wine director, in Portland, OR, San Francisco, CA and Brooklyn, NY, I produce/import my current wines (Featured at Four Horsemen, LaRina, Place de Fetês, etc.), and have spent the rest of my 28 years in wine, working for several of greatest importers, wholesalers, wineries, and retailers (see also: bad ones).
Whatever it is that you’re excited to learn about, I’ve amassed a healthy understanding of all facets of the wine world, and am excited to share all that I know with you.
What people are saying:
“If you’re looking to level-up your wine game, Collin is the real deal. Equal parts palate wizard and storytelling sage. He’ll teach you to taste like a sommelier without sucking the joy out of the juice.”
Ben Gould, Winemaker/Proprietor
Blind Corner Winery, Quindalup, Western Australia
“Collin Casey is one of the most passionate and knowledgeable wine people I know. He’s worked in every corner of the wine world—buying, selling, teaching, pouring, making—and he’s traveled extensively to deepen that knowledge. What sets him apart is how generously and cogently he shares it. Whether you’re a fellow professional or just curious, Collin brings you in. There’s no one I’d rather drink or talk wine with than Collin.”
